This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Richard Williams Photography

We aim to deliver your order promptly and securely while ensuring your artwork or image-based products arrive in perfect condition.


2. Processing & Production Times

Most of our items are made to order.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 working days after payment is received.

  • Custom or large orders: May take up to 10–14 working days for production before dispatch.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends, bank holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.


3. Domestic (UK) Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom using reputable courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), or DPD.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Art prints are shipped in rigid flat mailers or tubes.

  • Framed items are securely boxed with protective materials.

  • Small merchandise (e.g., mugs, clothing) is packed in padded envelopes or boxes.

We use eco-friendly or recyclable materials wherever possible.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number.

  • Lost orders: We will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged orders: Please send photos of the packaging and damaged item within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.

  • Delayed shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, customs checks, or weather disruptions, but we’ll assist where possible.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for items returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Uncollected parcels

If an item is returned to us, we can resend it — additional postage fees may apply.

Tracking numbers (where applicable) will be emailed once your order has shipped.
If tracking is unavailable for your selected shipping option, we can provide an estimated delivery window.
