2. Processing & Production Times
Most of our items are made to order.

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 working days after payment is received.

Custom or large orders: May take up to 10–14 working days for production before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends, bank holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Domestic (UK) Shipping
We ship across the United Kingdom using reputable courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), or DPD.

5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

We use eco-friendly or recyclable materials wherever possible.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
